Terms and Conditions

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Reservations at Red Rocks Retreat are subject to the following cancellation policy:
  • 90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days or more before the start of your reservation.
  • 40% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival.
  • No refund will be provided if canceled within 30 days of arrival.
• 100% of the reservation amount is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance (if any) will be due as specified.
• A pre-authorization hold of $200 USD will be placed 1 day before your arrival and voided within 3 days after departure, provided there are no violations or damages.

Privacy Policy

• Guest privacy is important to us. We do not share or sell personal or reservation information to third parties. All information is securely stored and used solely to manage reservations and communicate with guests.

Lost Items & Shipping Policy

• Red Rocks Retreat does not offer shipping for items left behind by guests. Please thoroughly inspect the premises prior to checkout. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind.

House Rules

• Children are welcome.
• Pets, including service animals, are strictly prohibited due to severe allergies of the owners who occasionally reside at the property.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property.
• Violation of the pet or smoking policy will result in immediate forfeiture of the $200 security deposit and may incur additional charges for cleaning and damages.
• Wheelchair access is not available at this property.

Check-in/out Times

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

House Rules

• Children are welcome.
• Guests must respect occupancy limits. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in additional charges or eviction without refund.
